How does delivery work?

We deliver by courier anywhere in Berlin for an extra fee, or you can pick up your order for free at Dovestraße 5, Berlin (every day, 9:00–20:00).

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Courier delivery requires a minimum order total of €50. There's no minimum for self-pickup.

When are the balloons inflated?

Every composition is hand-inflated on the day of your delivery or pickup — nothing is made in advance and stored.

How do I pay?

You pay by bank transfer to our card. After you place your order we message you on WhatsApp with the card details and the exact amount, and we confirm your order once the payment arrives.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Add items to your cart and check out — no account required.
