Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use this website and place an order, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO).

1. Controller

2. Visiting the website

Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request in server logs so the site can be delivered securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). To protect the login and order forms against abuse we temporarily store your IP address together with a counter for up to 24 hours.

3. Placing an order

When you order we process your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or chosen pickup point, preferred date and the contents of your order. We use this data only to fulfil your order and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep order data for as long as statutory commercial and tax retention periods require (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and delete it afterwards.

4. Payment

Payments are made by bank transfer. After your order we send you the card details and the amount via WhatsApp. No payment data is entered or processed on this website.

5. Service providers

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and storage of product photos (Vercel Blob).
  • Neon Inc. — database in which orders and the catalog are stored.
  • Telegram Messenger — we receive a notification about each new order, including the order details, in a private Telegram chat.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — used to contact you about your order and to send payment details.

Some of these providers are located in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your shopping cart and the choice to dismiss the notice about this, which is technically necessary for the site to work (§ 25(2) TDDDG). The admin area uses a session cookie that is only relevant for the site owner.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
